I ordered 2 sizes so I could adjust as needed, you cannot go wrong but i liked the feel of sizing up.

Way better than the expensive peel and stick one time use hydrogels that have all the ratings. I wish these were in every store!

Breastfeeding was much more challenging and painful than I'd anticipated, and I was left with blistered and bleeding nipples one week post partum. After I started using shellies, my nipples healed within a week. After about two weeks, they were in such good shape that I didn't even need the shellies anymore.

For future pregnancies, these are going in my hospital bag and getting used from day one. I'd also love to gift these to new moms like me who wouldn't anticipate this area of need.

In terms of use, I like that maintenance is a simple as washing with mild soap once a day. Other products I'd tried required getting patches wet, washing sticky residue before feeding, etc. and they only lasted a day or two--a lot of prep and cleanup that would be repeated multiple times a day for feedings. The simplicity of the shellies is so much easier while taking care of a newborn.

Overall, I'm so grateful for this product for helping me nourish my baby and would highly recommend.
