How to choose your size

Shellies should cover a large portion of your areola - the circular area of skin surrounding your nipple.

Starting at  6+ months of pregnancy or after you have given birth, measure your areola with a flat ruler at its largest diameter.

Refer to the chart to find the size that is closest to your final measure.

Shellies are not perfectly round and it is ok if they are a little smaller or bigger than your areola as long as they cover your nipples largely.
