How to choose your size

Shellies should cover your areola - the circular area of skin surrounding your nipple.

Starting at  6+ months of pregnancy or after you have given birth, measure your areola with a flat ruler at its largest diameter.

Refer to the chart to find the size that is closest to your final measure.

Shellies are not perfectly round. If you are hesitant between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
