Shellies should cover most of your areola - the circular area of skin surrounding your nipple.

Starting at 6+ months of pregnancy or after you have given birth, measure your areola with a flat ruler at its largest diameter.

If you order earlier in your pregnancy, you might want to pick the size above.

Refer to the chart to find the size that is closest to your final measure.

If you are hesitant between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

Although they are quite rare, we occasionally carry shells larger than 3". When available you will see a Size 5 on the product page.
