Shellies should cover most of your areola - the circular area of skin surrounding your nipple.

Starting at 6+ months of pregnancy, measure your areola with a flat ruler at its largest diameter. Refer to the chart to find the size that is closest to your final measure.

You can order earlier in your pregnancy; you just might want to size up.

Although they are quite rare, we occasionally carry shells larger than 3". When available, you will see a Size 5 on the product page.
