How to choose your size

Shellies should cover a large portion of your areola - the circular area of skin surrounding your nipple.

Starting at  6+ months of pregnancy or after you have given birth, measure your areola with a flat ruler at its largest diameter.

Refer to the chart to find the size that is closest to your final measure.

If you are in between sizes, choose the smaller size.

Shellies are not perfectly round and it is ok if they are smaller than your areola as long as they cover your nipples largely.

If you still think you need a bigger size please contact us so we can check our stock for custom sizing.
